Dear CCIRN Co-Chairmen, This year's annual CCIRN meeting will be held at a location in the city centre of Stockholm, Sweden on Friday 8 June 2001, 14:30 - 17:30 hours and Saturday 9 June 2001, 9:00 - 12:00 hours, immediately following the INET2001 conference. (INET2001 will take place at the International Fairs at Aelvsjoe, just outside Stockholm.) The CCIRN meeting will be hosted and organised by TERENA, and in particular by Kees Neggers, the European CCIRN Co-Chair, and Karel Vietsch, the European CCIRN Information Co-ordinator. TERENA will offer a (simple) dinner to registered meeting participants on Friday night. Attendance As usual, each continent represented in the CCIRN will be allowed to send a delegation of at most 7 persons. The composition of the delegations is the responsibility of you as the continental Co-Chairs. Please send me the names and e-mail addresses of the people who will be part of your delegation. I need to have all names and addresses before Tuesday 22 May, but if you can send some of the names already earlier that will be much appreciated. Only people nominated by you will be allowed to participate in the meeting. Agenda I am now starting to make the first draft for the agenda and to approach people whom we expect to contribute to the meeting. Please send me before Friday 27 April your suggestions for agenda items, and the names of people who should present certain topics in the meeting. Instead, take tram number 4, 5, 9, 16, 24 or 25 from the Central Station, get off at the 3rd stop and walk past Munt Tower and along the flower market to the TERENA offices.
